I bought this elliptical in January. It was for sale and had a good price for the features it offers. I used it for about 20 minutes and began to hear sounds from the rear. Within one hour after use (3 - 20 minutes sessions) I've had a lot of black specs on the floor in a standing position on the left rail (left). The wheel is rubbing on the side of the chassis and the wheels began to be shaved. During the next 30 minutes of work was so high I did not hear the TV!
1st Fix: Support sent me a new wheel. I bet that 30 minutes later the sound was back.
2nd Fix: Support through several pieces and sent to the service. 30 minutes later the noise returned.
3rd Fix: mail support even more parts and transmitted to the service. 20 minutes later, not only the noise but the opposition has not worked and there were no more sounds from inside the machine.
4th Fix: mail me new elliptical (my responsibility to get rid of the old!) - 30 minutes to the new, same sound, same problem. 70 minutes later, again, is so high that it can not use.

It is now 4 months later, I 2 elliptical vacation in my apartment and still waiting for support for "call me" of what they intend to do.

Very frustrated and still no working machine.
